Criminally Unknown Band of the Day: Thee Vicars

Thee Vicars made quite a splash at SXSW this year, according to Amanda over at Pandagon.  I've had their '09 release Psychotic Beat! on my wish list for a while now.  All I can say is WOW.  I can't tell if they set the WABAC Machine to late-70's or mid-60's London.  A little bit punk...a little bit garage...a lot of kick ass!
