Brendan Benson, The Posies and Aqueduct rocked The Troc last night...

...too bad they played to a mostly empty house. It is beyond my ability to comprehend how a show like this could play to, my guess, less then 100 people. All three bands did their damnedest to put on a good show, despite the small crowd. Hell, they even gave out pieces of Brendan's 40th birthday cake to the audience.

One very cool aspect to the show was the fact that you were able to purchase a live recording of BB's set, loaded on a custom-made USB drive, before you walked out the door. Check out the final song of the night, the Big Star classic September Gurls.
