Guided By Voices kicked Philadelphia's collective ass last night with a show at The Troc that was better then it had any right to be. Bob and the boys showed the young'uns how its done. Opening act, Blitzen Trapper, didn't have a chance. Pollard's beer cooler got a bigger hand when it was set up on the drum riser then BT, which was unfortunate, because they sounded great. On any other night, the crowd would have raved about them. Not last night.
